Honestly, growing up, this was one of my fears.
What if I worked at something, that I would grow to regret and dread?
Of course having lots of money would be great.
I know how convenient it has made my friends.
However, the type of upbringing/childhood I had, I never had the same view of money as others.
If I could make a lot of money with something I love, that would be a perk.
But, being happy with what I have to do day in and day out is what is important to me in the end.
Of course, that is easier when I was back home. I won’t say that it has been easier here.
I have been able to pay off students loans much faster, for sure. But that isn’t to say that I haven’t had my issues. These 10.5 hr days are literally killing me. I just have to hold on a few weeks, but dang is it ever hard OTL
