You want to start about the 5 minute mark. Though she gets to the explanations at about the 7:40 minute mark. I like the whole “push up on the braid” thing, and have put it to use a few times already.
She also explains about the temporary hair chalk dye that she does. I liked the idea of it, but I don’t want it to come off everywhere, though she says that it won’t.
