Some more Nabi 3D Rainbow Effect Swatches…

I picked up more -_____- I’m supposed to be on a polish ban…what a weakling OTL

Oh well, luckily they were gorgeous so here they are!

I did share the other two Nabi 3D effect polishes Black Berry, and Ocean Blue.

I just want to also add that I applied a top coat to the ring finger in all the pictures. Just so you can see the contrast. On another note, if you live in Toronto, I picked these up at Urban Behaviour. So check it out when you are there :)

Anyway, they look similiar in product appearance to the Layla ones, which you can find at NailPolishCanada (I have some I bought elsewhere so I will share swatches eventually, but if you want Layla polish they are currently on sale for $12 at NPC). That is the reason they caught my eye in the beginning. However they are pretty in their own way, though unlike Layla.

Brone



Rather thin in pigmentation, so I did 3 coats. When I added a topcoat, it didn’t really affect the colour too much. Only slightly darker. In this case the holo was only slightly affected by the top coat. Anyway. It is an interesting orange-y colour to add to your stash

Navy Blue


My bottle was a little hard to work with, as it would be a little patchy. So though you could pull off 2 coats, I did 3. The holo is fun to watch, as it makes the polish look a little green at times. The top coat didn’t affect the holo much at all, which was a surprise! The colour did get a tiny bit darker, but hard to notice. I did notice some staining in this case, but not huge.

Purple



2 coats was good enough, and before the top coat the holo was quite strong. When I added a topcoat, the colour got darker, and in this case the holo was lost. It was more of a shimmer polish with a very slight holo effect. Either way it was still beautiful, but without the top coat it was gorgeous.

Fushia



Could have gotten away with 2 coats, but I applied 3. The holo before the top coat was quite strong. The top coat darkened the colour a little bit, and the holo also dulled a little as well.

Now saving the best for last…

Sky Blue


I LOVE how this one looked. Not too dark, and the holo was GORGEOUS. You will probably need 3 coats to even it out. What was weird about this polish was that the holo was stronger at 2 coats than 3 coats. Anyway, the colour didn’t seem to change at all with the addition of a top coat, but unfortunately the holo did dull a lot. Still I would highly suggest you check this one out.

Lavender
I actually forgot to swatch this, so maybe I will share a notd in the future instead.

I applied two coats of the Nabi polish over American Apparel Hassid, just to show that they are rather pigmented, and the holo effect.
