I first heard this song back in the mid 90’s. I was at my mom’s childhood friends place, chilling in the basement with her three kids. They were watching Inkigayo or something, and this was playing. The chorus was so catching that despite the fact that we couldn’t access music as easily as we do now, it really stuck with me.
Even until now.
Last week it suddenly popped in to my head and I was humming it for hours!
I had tried to search for it before, but never was able to find it. Turns out that I thought it was “Shoobi shoobap” rather than “Shooba Shooba”. That would explain why I couldn’t find it lol
