I would usually reach for China Glaze’s Ruby Pump (Google HERE) but decided that Star Spangled needed a bit more love this year. However Ruby Pumps is more glittery…so I might use it anyway :P
I drew on the “snowflake” (oh man…badly done, but it was kinda pretty from afar -___-) using LA Colors Art Deco. Had these for AGES and haven’t actually used them in about 1.5 years…that might have been the reason why I couldn’t draw a decent snowflake. Note to self: thin down Art Deco for future use.
Looking at it now, I think I should have slapped on a layer of China Glaze Fairy Dust over the snowflake, just to give it more dimension. Next time~
